A crossing target is never where you see it by the time a dumb shot arrives. The missile leaves on the heading the nose had at the tap and does not correct; they keep the speed they already had. Aim ahead. After the first miss that passed behind them, a ghost pip marks the lead point. They fire back the same way -- bank off the line, do not wait for a lock.
